The Nigeria Professional Football League (NPFL) match day 7 produced an entertaining and awesome moment for the football fans, the weekend games witnessed 17 goals from seven games with one away win and six home victories.

Gyan Amos emerged the hero of the week, after he scored a screamer against Ikorodu United for the visitors winner and first win on the road this season. He could have added more but he was denied by the goalkeeper. Overall, his performance on the match day was excellent, named in the team of the week for the first time this season.
Absolutely, Chisom Egbuchulam is the man of the moment for Rangers and he was voted the ‘Man of the match’. The skilful player was all over the visitors defence, he assisted the second goal for Tope Olusesi before he capped the day with a beautiful free kick for his side third goal.
Ibrahim Mustapha got into the team for the first this term, he showed up strongly to help his side secured maximum points over difficult opponent, Ifeanyi Ubah. He leveled the scores for his side to cancelled the visitors lead, he tormented the Anambra Warriors team all duration.
The Three Attackers:
The three attackers in the team of the week, booked their names on the scorer sheet. New entrant and Wikki Tourists attacker, Mubarak Umar goals were vital and important in a difficult game for the hosts. He scored the equaliser and the winner to help his side secured maximum points.

Anthony Okpotu got into the team this week as the only player from the losing side. Previously, he has made the team on match day two and four respectively. He scored the opener against Plateau United, he gave the host defence a tough evening, but his goal and match day performance wasn’t enough as the host came from behind to win.
