Ex-Nigeria youth international Simon Zenke scored for Karabukspor to beat hosts Gotzepe 2-1 and gain promotion to the Turkish Super League.
The former Samsunspor goal machine scored in the 35th minute to draw his club level at 1-1.
Karabukspor finished second to book an automatic promotion ticket with 62 points, to beat Alanyaspor, who drew 2-2 Giresunspor to the second promotion ticket.
Adanaspor, who parade Nduka Ozokwo and Kalu Uche, won the second-tier league to also move up to the top flight.
