Nigeria recorded home and away wins against South Africa to qualify for this year’s FIFA U17 Women’s World Cup after they won 1-0 in South Africa on Saturday.
Skipper Rasheedat Ajibade scored the match winner for Nigeria in the 28th minute on Saturday after the Flamingoes won 6-0 in the first leg in Abuja.
Nigeria thus qualified for Jordan 2016 on a 7-0 aggregate. Ajibade scored four goals in the first Leg held in Nigeria.
The South Africa goalkeeper Malogadi Maluleke pulled off several saves to deny Nigeria more goals.
