Barcelona have now won twelve consecutive La Liga matches after a comfortable 6-0 victory at home against Getafe, with goals from Munir El-Haddadi, Neymar Jr (2), Lionel Messi, Arda Turan and an own goal from Juan Rodríguez.
In a comfortable match against a hopeless opponent, the Blaugrana were creative, efficient and sharp, dominating the Madrid side and reaching 37 straight unbeaten games this season. Fantastic afternoon.

FIRST HALF
Getafe had a good start, pressing high up the pitch and showing good intensity and defensive solidity. But the hard work in the first eight minutes was thrown away when a cross from Jordi Alba hit the foot of midfielder Juan Rodríguez, who found his own net and gave Barça the lead. Just one minute later, Neymar was fouled inside the box. Messi stepped to the spot to make it two, but goalkeeper Guaita had a good save.
But the Blaugrana kept charging, hit the crossbar twice, and were hungry for more goals. They came, first with Messi completely missing a shot, but even his mistakes end up with something good, and his errant shot found the head of Munir El-Haddadi, who scored the second.
Ten minutes later, Sergi Roberto made a great individual play and found Messi, who then played a perfect ball to set up Neymar for the third. Five minutes before halftime, Messi took a defender to school with his skills and found himself in front of the goal just outside the box, and he fired a rocket to the bottom corner to make it an even easier game.
At halftime, a giant lead, a great performance, and an easy victory already in the bag.
SECOND HALF
The final period was basically played in autopilot, with the Blaugranes keeping possession to avoid any problems on defense and looking for the end of the game without having to chase a win. But more goals came. Lots of them. Five minutes in, Messi gave his third assist of the match finding Neymar with a perfect pass, and the Brazilian easily scored the fifth.
Five minutes later, a corner-kick had two deflections from Blaugranes in the box, and the ball eventually found a beautiful finish from Arda Turan to score another.
That was it. In the end, a sensational victory with a great team performance, a clean sheet, and the lead firmly maintained. Yes, Barça is good at football.
