Angers SCO picked up their first win since January, cruising past FC Lorient 5-1 thanks to goals from Billy Ketkeophomphone (14'), Thomas Mangani (33', pen. 90')), Romain Saïss (39') and Cheikh Ndoye (81').

in Week 23. In 12th coming into this Week 31 clash, Stéphane Moulin's side
looked far more like the team who stunned Ligue 1 with their early-season form

defensive error from Angers goalkeeper Alexandre Letellier, picking up Maxime
Barthelmé's pass to steer his ninth goal of the season into an empty net (41').
Despite their
recent poor form, Angers were are undefeated in their previous five home
matches againstLes Merlus, and the
visitors showed few signs of getting that particular monkey off their back.
Saïss nearly doubled his tally just after the hour-mark, but he saw his header
saved by Lecomte (62').
